Caribbean Premier League 2022 is now reach it match 18, A thrilling match against Trinbago Knight Riders and Guyana Amazon Warriors. As far as Caribbean Premier League 2022 is concerned, the Trinbago Knight Riders have had a rough go of it so far. Even though the Knight Riders started the tournament as favorites, they have just one win in five games. In this game, they will aim to correct their recent bad form against the Guyana Amazon Warriors, who have just won a game that has boosted their morale. In spite of Guyana's resourceful bowling attack, they face a top-notch Knight Riders team as the underdogs. Both teams are desperate for a victory at Queens Park Oval, so an entertaining match appears to be in the offing.
In the end, it was Knight Riders' bowlers who took care of the game for them, since the Warriors threw away their win. As a result of Russell, Akeal, and Narine all playing stellar roles, they were able to limit Warriors to 124 after their blazing start. Despite 28 points being the highest scorer, the batting performance is poor overall. By the 10th over, they had reached 81/3, which was well above the required run rate. A 124-run partnership followed in the 18th over as they were bundled out. When they just needed to get the runs and win this one easily, they threw away wickets with rash shots. Match 19 of Caribbean Premier League 2022 is a back-to-back match between Barbados Royals and Jamaica Tallawahs. Having put together a six-game winning streak, the Barbados Royals have proven they are the team to beat. Compared to the rest of the teams in the league, including Tallawahs and St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, the team that has topped the table has a day and a half lead over the rest. With Barbados Royals taking on Jamaica Tallawahs in this important match, we're going to see a top of the table clash. A modest 132 runs were scored by Royals against Knight Riders in their last game. Mujeeb Ur Rahman, who took three wickets, was the star. A couple of wickets apiece were taken by Holder, Cornwall and McCoy to finish the Knight Riders off. In the run chase, Kyle Mayers has no mercy and has pounded out 79 runs off 36 pitches, which pretty much eliminates any hope Knight Riders might have had. As for the Jamaica Tallawahs, they are on the second spot in the points table, but they've won three out of six games, and now the competition is going into the business end, and they must end the season by winning as many games as possible. Despite crawling their way to a winning total in the last game against the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, the Tallawahs kept fighting. When Tallawahs had runs on the board, they needed to start picking up early wickets, and when the game was reduced to 15 overs, Patriots needed to score 113 runs and they did it easily. Tallawahs could not string together a few good overs and decided to let the game fall apart.
Despite of Barbados Royals outstanding record, Jamaica Tallawahs shows more enthusiasm in match 19 of CPL 2022 and won the match by 6 runs (D/L method).
