In April 2022 the ECB or the England and Wale Cricket Board confirmed that India would play 2 T20 warm-up matches against Derbyshire County Cricket Club and Northamptonshire County Cricket Club
India Cricket Team were scheduled to play a 4 day first class match against Leicestershire County Cricket Club last June 24 - 27, 2022 where the match was scored as Draw.
On July 1 , the T20 war up match is the battled between Derbyshire County Cricket Club and the Indian Cricket Team , where India won the match by 7 wickets.
The last T20 warm-up match was held last July 3, 2022 , where India won by 10 runs against the Northamptonshire County Cricket Club
Twenty20 International Series:
On this tour of India in England , they play for 3 Twenty20 International Matches , where India got the 1st and the 2nd T20I match while the England got the 3rd and the last match of the series.
The 1st T20I series was held at Rose Bowl last July 7, 2022 , where India won the match against the home tea by 50 runs with the lead of the Player of the match Hardik Pandya
The 2nd T20I match , India got a chance to win the series for the 2nd time by 49 runs against the home team of England last July 9, 2022 at Edgbaston Cricket Ground
The 3rd and the last T20 match was held at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground last July 10, 2022, where the home team of England got their 1st win against India by 17 runs.
And Bhuvneshwar Kumar of India got the Title of the Player of the Series.
One Day International Series:
The 3 ODI series will be played by the home team of England and the Indian Cricket Team.
The 1st ODI match is just ended as the Indian Cricket Tean beats the England Cricket Team by 10 wickets.
1st ODI Match Highlights:
India have defeated England by 10 wickets in the first ODI of the three-match series at the Kennigton Oval, London on Tuesday. Rohit Sharma hit an unbeaten 76 off 58 balls and Shikhar Dhawan accompained him with a 31 not out as India chased down 111-run target against England in 18.4 overs without losing any wicket. Earlier, Jasprit Bumrah retured his career-best figures in ODIs with 6 for 19 while Mohammed Shami took 3 for 31 as India bundled out England for 110 runs. Prasidh Krishna claimed the remaining one wicket. This all happened after Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bowl first. It is worth noting that Virat Kohli missed the game due to a groin strain, while Arshdeep Singh also remained on the sidelines due to an abdominal strain.
India Cricket team lead the series by winning the 1st match of the series.
Would India win again the 2nd ODI match to continue the lead or will England tie the score for the series.
